Rouby Group Takes Part in the Rallye des Pépites

On October 14, 2025, Rouby Industrie took part in the Rallye des Pépites organized by Grand Cognac. This immersive and engaging day enabled around fifty teams to discover six local companies through timed challenges. It was an opportunity for our company to share our professions and expertise with students, middle school pupils, and job seekers.
Discovering Companies in a Different Way
A genuine professional treasure hunt, the Rallye des Pépites allowed around fifty teams to explore the Grand Cognac area and tackle company challenges. With a roadbook in hand, challenges to complete, and timed activities: a playful approach and an interactive format that transforms the discovery of professions into a memorable collective adventure.
An Event Open to All
Middle school pupils, students, job seekers, or people with disabilities: the Rallye des Pépites promotes diversity. This initiative by Grand Cognac enables recruiters to meet varied profiles in an informal setting, an additional key for young people’s career guidance and professional integration.
Rouby Group in the Spotlight
Among the six key stops, Rouby Industrie opened its doors to participants, particularly students from the University of Spirits who discovered our metal construction workshops. A hands-on immersion to showcase our expertise and inspire future local talent.
Congratulations to the Students!
From plasterboard manufacturing to discovering “Makaton” (sign language) at L’Arche, the Rallye des Pépites highlighted the diversity of the Charente business community. Participants enjoyed the friendly and interactive atmosphere of the event, as exemplified by the first-year Master’s students from Segonzac who won this 2nd edition.
