Rouby Industrie reaffirms its commitment to inclusion by renewing the HandiWe® label for another three years. This recognition highlights companies actively involved in integrating people with disabilities.

As a pioneer in this initiative, Rouby Industrie was the first company to receive this distinction in 2021. Today, the company employs six workers with disabilities and adapts workstations to support their integration.

Training programs, team awareness campaigns, and specific workplace adjustments are among the initiatives implemented. “The HandiWe® label allows us to structure and strengthen our inclusion efforts while sharing experiences within the network of certified companies,” says Nicolas Boishus, QHSE Manager.
