ROUBY INDUSTRIE is a specialist in metalwork and mechanical engineering for hydrological environments.

We are expanding our business as a provider of metal structures throughout France. Our teams of 90 men and women are constantly striving for excellence, and their understanding and expertise deepens further every day.

LINES OF BUSINESS

HYDROLOGY - STORAGE RACKS - BOILER MAKING

The company designs and installs motorized fittings inside hydraulic structures throughout France: locks, hydroelectric dams, gates, pedestrian bridges, flood gates and fishways. We are able to produce and install 30-meter cylindrical gates at sites that are difficult to access, fitted precisely to the millimeter.

We design and install storage racks for 300 to 500-liter barrels in wineries old and new to optimize storage space. We handle every step of this process, from design to installation.

The custom boiler making business manufactures all the metal frames for vibratory feeders used by the Rouby Group companies SINEX and IDEATEC.

ROUBY INDUSTRIE handles all aspects of the project, from the design, calculations, manufacturing, and surface preparation to assembly, installation and commissioning on site. Our projects both in France and abroad are managed by our own site teams, using hydrology-specific equipment such as crane barges. This vertical integration of know-how gives us complete control over site quality, deadlines and budgets. Our cross-functional approach gives us an elite advantage in the face of today's technical and economic challenges.

Neuilly lock: Upstream gate 7.80*5.50 m (L x H), downstream gate 7.80*7.20 m (L x H)

Mobile pedestrian bridges in the River Seudre: 18*3 m (L x W), can support up to 5 T

Pompey lock: 2 gates weighing 15 T each, plus 2 gates weighing 22 T each

Chai Martell: 9-storey, 10.44 m-high metal structures
